Integrative Coaching

The Experience:

I am a licensed and practicing integrative shamanic psychotherapist. As a coach, I bring these elements, but I go even deeper than what I do as psychotherapist. My work consists of going beyond typical psychotherapy by bridging mental wellness with Psychedelic integration, psychedelic preparation, Journeying, Visioning, Hypnosis, Energy healing, and Mind-Body connections. This body of work couples traditional psychotherapy modalities, such as ACT, CBT, & Somatics. The two worlds of clinical social work and Spirit medicine are easily intertwined, in addition to deep dives into your inner healing intelligence, intuition, and beyond. My work is primarily with empaths and seekers who are searching to replant their spirits and dig their roots deep to unearth their most aligned version Self. In this work, I specialize in working with complex trauma, Self-doubt, unconscious reprogramming, disconnection from Self, and preparation & integration of expanded states of consciousness & psychedelic medicines. We are never separate from our spiritual Self, nor our mental wellness. They are innately integrated in our whole-istic wellness. **This is NOT a substitute for mental health services** **This is a coaching service, not psychotherapy**
