My Journey

I was born to a spiritual mother, so I have never been too far away from the metaphysical world. However, I started my soul journey around 2015 after my first psychedelic experience, with LSD. I took my first dose at the National Sand Dunes in Colorado, I had no intention or expectations beyond what my friends had said. What I definitely did not know at the time was that this experience was the onset for unraveling a lifelong commitment to psychedelics and healing spaces.

Before this experience I had close to 0 self-esteem. I grew up in a very very chaotic household, where the neighborhoods would call the police regularly because of how loudly my parents would argue. Every relationship in the household was strained in multiple ways. I did not really understand what love and trust was. And it showed, especially in my intimate relationships. I believed that my worth weighed on how much I could sacrifice for others. I was unconsciously programmed by my upbringing, culture, and society that if valued their needs before my own that they would stay in my life longer. I was so fearful of being “left behind.” I did not have the word “no” in my vocabulary.

I didn’t  know who Citlalicue was, so naturally I was severely depressed; to the point where I lost close to 15% of my hair. I moved through the world with numbness in my heart and fear in the drivers seat.

I have healed so much of my trauma. I have learned, unlearned, relearned, and I am continuing to learn. The journey ends when my physical body is prepared to leave this planet (for this lifetime).

I have come a long way in reconnecting with my soul and healing my traumas. Through my own journey of soul-rediscovery I have not only experienced my own suffering, but I have felt into the suffering of the world. As a global community, we have experienced so so much pain. I am not saying that it is my mission to save the world one person at a time.. but, one healed person can help heal those around them! I am passionate about utilizing what I’ve learned, and bringing it back to my community.

My Philosophy

I bridge my clinical social work background & education with Spirit Medicine. My background and experiences with Plant Medicine Ceremonies, Entheogens, Shamanism, Energy Healing, Hypnosis, and Yoga has equipped me with a deeper understanding of the soul’s journey and the human condition.

I believe that our work together is a synergetic journey, guided by your inner healing intelligence. Inner healing intelligence is the innate & intrinsic ability to move towards wholeness. Just as the body knows to heal itself without any conscious direction; the psyche, when given a chance, also wants to move towards healing.

I strongly believe that I serve as a guide, you are the only real expert in your own experience, no one else holds the keys to your divine temple but you. Reclaiming your experiences means finding re-empowerment. I guide this through a strengths-based perspective and trauma-informed lens. My work is rooted in a collaborative approach to your needs. We work together to co-create a more awakened version of yourself. I am committed to connect individuals to their inner sense of resilience and internal healing resources.

There is room for infinite growth and development within each one of us as we reconnect with the Soul Self. We each bring something exceptional to the universe, and the soul knows the answer.
