Psychedelics have been making an appearance in the mainstream more and more at an extremely fast rate.

The word “psychedelic” is becoming a buzzword, and everyone seems wants a bite of the action!

Why are psychedelics growing soOoO freaking fast in popularity?! I mean, we know that psychedelics aren’t the only medicine, nor the only way to heal mental health ailments. But the mainstream society seems to have eyes for psychedelics, but not the other medicines or methods. WHY?!

I’m going to start by taking a step back and looking at our culture from a birds eye view……

ok, so here’s what I’m observing:

✨society loves instant,

✨society loves being (over) stimulated,

✨society is impatient,

✨and society prefers to cut corners

What do you observe in society? Do you observe any of this in yourself, too?

Psychedelics plants have the loudest spirits' of all the plant spirits.

When we consume psychedelics plants, there’s almost no way that we can't notice their presence. They don’t whisper to us like some other plants, they yell!

It’s not that psychedelics are “better” or more powerful than other medicinal plants, they just communicate more loudly to us.

Our society does not want to listen closely to the gentle whispers over a longer period time, and definitely does not want to consistently apply itself to the work between weekly therapy session or to a consistent daily meditation practice. Society wants a “quick fix” and society wants it NOW!!

Psychedelics plants are not intended to be your quick fix.

They are a holy sacrament gifted to us by The Mother, earth. They are worthy of your utmost respect.

My intention to sharing this to bring your attention to the “why”— why psychedelics?

If we cannot answer this then there is more work to be done before coming to psychedelics.
