This program is for you if you have been: -stuck in patterns of toxic or codependent relationships -full of negative self-talk -feel like you're "not enough" -feeling depressed -feeling insufficient -insecure with your body -imbalances of the heart chakra -feeling like receiving is difficult If this is you, my friend, it's time for you to reclaim your divine RIGHT to step into your own Self-mastery. This starts with inner work; with a deep love for yourself. You heal yourself through learning to love yourself. At the end of your time in this program you could feel: -comfortable w/ setting boundaries -confident in your body -motivated to care for your body -comfortable speaking your authentic truth -excited about life -a deeper understanding & empathy for yourself & others -in tune with your energetic & emotional Self -a whole lot of love for yourSelf ! This program takes 3 weeks to complete, but you are given 6 -life can get in the way! This program is rooted in a hypnosis track. Hypnosis creates NEW connections in the brain; giving us the power to reclaim the love we deserve for ourselves. Over the 3 weeks there daily prompts and/or activities to help you release & relearn Self-love. Each day there is a minimum of 25 min, up to 1 hour, of dedication to yourself.
